Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

We offer standard shipping (5–7 business days) and express shipping (2–3 business days). Delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of the order.

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination (7–21 business days). Taxes, customs duties, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at raulbartender1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
